CAMPAIGN TRAIL- THE VOTER'S CAMPAIGN
Candidates will be out hitting the campaign trail and VTP will be tracking them! During this election season, we plan to spread the message of voter empowerment throughout the state of Maryland. We collaborate in strategic partnerships with local and regional organizations that make it possible to educate people about the political process, get citizens involved and register them to vote. VOTE THE POWER!™ serves as a voice for the voters, bringing hot button issues that affect us most to our elected officials. Issues such as: The ecomomy, healthcare, education, crime, environmental issue, national security, etc...
We track voter trends through collaborations with local media outlets, and political analysts in Maryland. We will keep our audience abreast of the campaign through social media.
The Issues Facing Maryland:
The MD Economy
Possible Legalization of Marijuana
Government Ethics& Corruption
Employment/Minimum Wage Increase
During this election season, politicians have their own campaigns. VOTE THE POWER!™ is a campaign for the voters.
Our mission is two-fold:
1. To motivate local communities and communities of color to increase voter registration and participation in the political process.
2. To increase voter registration in the 18 to 40 year-old population.
All of the efforts of the VOTE THE POWER!™ Campaign are non-partisan and are solely intended to motivate the voting population in the state of Maryland. We aim to instruct local communities of the importance of being registered when contacting their elected officials as well as the opportunity of being notified to serve as a juror.
