Not only do we have outstanding keynote speakers and papers, but we are offering panel discussions on topics important to project management today: Overcoming Challenges Associated with Organizational Change Projects, Management of Complex Projects and How to Get Started as an Independent Consultant. The University of Texas at Dallas is committed to advancing the field of project management not only as a profession but as a valuable tool contributing to successful business.

Thank you for coming and we sincerely hope you take away valuable information for your career and your company.

We are happy to support the 8th Annual UT Dallas Project Management Symposium, one of the most important regional project management conferences in this part of the United States. This annual event provides a unique opportunity for executives and professionals in the region to share lessons learned, experience, and expertise about effective program and project management. The symposium also provides an excellent venue for showcasing new project management ideas and concepts that can contribute to the success of project and project-oriented organizations in both the private and public sectors. This year’s theme of maximizing the value of project management is especially relevant in today’s competitive global economy. We look forward to participating in another successful symposium this year.
