2014 International Conference on Information and Computer Technology (ICICT 2014) will be held in Chengdu, China, September 6-8, 2014 together with ICMO and ICMME 2014.The aim objective of ICICT 2014 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Information and Computer Technology. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference.
ICICT 2014 is sponsored by International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology,and technical co-sponsored by many other universities and institutes.

The purpose of the 2014 International Conference on Information and Computer Technology (ICICT 2014) is to bring together researchers, engineers and practitioners interested in the Information and Computer Technology.
Papers describing original work are invited in any of the areas listed below. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality. Both full research reports and work-in-progress reports are welcome. There will be both oral and poster sessions.
