CoHEsion Summit 2013 Preconference Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 10 participants is required for each course offering; if the minimum registration requirement is not met, CoHEsion reserves the right to cancel the preconference session and will refund your registration fee in full. If you are unable to attend substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration with no additional fees. If you need to cancel your preconference registration, you must do so in writing via email (to firstname.lastname@example.org) by 5:00 PM Eastern on September 6th. Cancellations received by September 6th by 5:00 PM Eastern time will be refunded less 40%. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 6th.
