This course covers the essential facial anatomy and background of the use of dermal fillers. Importantly, delegates will learn how to accurately assess the face and which areas would benefit from the use of dermal fillers.

Under the expert eye of the course trainers, delegates will be shown the most effective injection techniques and the whole afternoon of the course is dedicated to hands on injecting using live volunteer models.

The course trainers are cosmetic doctors and plastic surgeons with extensive experience in the use of dermal fillers for both NHS and cosmetic indications. Delegates will have a chance to use the latest dermal filler materials and discuss the rationale behind choosing which product and when.

This course will cover injection techniques for the following:
Nasolabial folds
Marionette lines
Perioral lines
Cheek augmentation
Scar revision
Facial atrophy following HIV induced lipodystrophy
Lip augmentation

This course is fully accredited by Hamilton Fraser Cosmetic Insurers providing indemnity cover for all course participants, tutors and models. A certificate of attendance will be provided at the end of the course to those who pass the assessment.
