Video conference with participants of CTRL-shift Summit; we meet here: https://zoom.us/j/XXXXXXXXX
Activists, community organisers, commoners and entrepreneurs are meeting 27-29 March 2018 in Wigan, UK to develop a shared agenda for shifting power over democracy, economy and environment, from Westminster and multinational corporations, to people and communities across Britain.
The CTRL-shift narrative: We are in a time of great uncertainty and unfolding crisis. Thousands of examples of another Britain already exist - but we lack voice and coordination. Brexit's outcome (even if it doesn't happen) will be painful and difficult, but what is important is how we shape what comes next. We have a germ of an idea: to bring people together to explore how grassroots initiatives can be more visible, and by doing so, shift the economic and political agenda.
