One year on, this timely forum will allow delegates to understand how the Equality Act 2010, and Public Sector Equality Duty 2011 are working in practice, and what still needs to be done to challenge inequality and discrimination. Sessions will cover the implications of implementing the Equality Act and Equality Duties; how equality and diversity can be achieved in the midst of spending reductions; what can be done to tackle existing equality gaps; and what needs to be addressed to ensure public bodies comply with contemporary equality legislation.
