Event Tech Live will open its doors on November the 13th at The Old Truman Brewery to event professionals from all over the world who are looking to research and purchase the very latest innovations and trends in event tech.
Our attendees will have unique access to suppliers and service providers in the sector as Event Tech Live becomes the first event of its kind to deliver knowledge sharing, networking and demonstrations in an immersive and engaging environment.
Estimated attendance over the day will be circa 1,000 and pre-reg already includes festival organisers, exhibition organisers and agencies. - see attached breakdown.
Event Tech Live will have one Live Stage which will host panels and speakers discussing top level technology for events and a further seminar area which will host shorter more interactive sessions on a number of event tech related topics.
There will also be a dedicated Tech Demo area where a handful of suppliers will be demonstrating their latest innovations and showing how they can be used to deliver better events.
Exhibitor will be limited to just 33 and must offer top level event tech of the highest standards!
Exhibitors will be split across software, services, apps and hardware and where possible exhibitor technology will be integrated in to the event to give an end to end experience for the attendee and maximise exposure for the exhibitor.
