From 2001 to the end of 2013, Georges-Edouard DIAS was Chief Digital Officer at L'Oreal. With his team, he drove L'Oreal's shift into the digital age, which included transformation of communication, development of e-commerce, and change management for every L'Oreal division worldwide. L'Oréal brands portfolio includes Lancôme, Kiehl's and Kerastase.
On that evening, Georges-Edouard DIAS will be sharing his digital expertise and especially how digital can be used as a customer engagement tool. The event will also highlight new trends and how the ever-evolving digital tools are increasing sales, user experience and ultimately ROI.
The second evening guest speaker will be Benoit Delporte, International E-commerce and Marketing Digital Manager at L'Oréal Group. He is driving Customer digital Marketing Strategies for Professional Luxury Hair care such as Kerastase and Shu Uemura Art of Hair at a worldwide level.
