Now, GBTA Europe is focusing on the Personal Dimension, or to put it another way, the increasing trend of customisation and personalised service delivery to the end user types – whether that be by traveller, meeting type, demographic group, business unity or even country/culture. We're taking a deeper dive into the 3rd Dimension.
There is fast becoming no standard travel and/or meetings programme format these days. Corporations are aiming at tailoring solutions to their company objectives and the diversified needs of their end users. Suppliers are having to tailor solutions accordingly by customer. And traveller focused applications are putting control in the hands of those we previously sought to control.
