This 3-week class will explore our challenges, and support our dreams and goals using the powerful model and principles of NVC that are supported by brain science and leading psychologists. Empathy for self and others will be in abundance!
We'll see where our limiting beliefs can raise havoc with our health; and we'll replace them with powerful mindful practices (distinct from "wishful thinking").
