HumTech2014 is being held in Boston, MA on 13 – 15 May 2014 and will bring together scientists, engineers, technologists and
policy makers from across academic, government, industry and non-government
organizations to discuss, share and promote recent research and accomplishments
across all aspects of technology, from science to systems, that have a global
humanitarian impact.

Invited talks, technical sessions, and technology and policy
panels at HumTech2014 will focus on innovations advancing humanitarian engineering. The
conference will be organized along tracks and subject areas listed below.
Conference tracks will be presented within an operationally-relevant context,
drawing as much as possible from real-world experiences in disaster relief,
humanitarian assistance, emergency management, disease management, and other
