Our integrated care summit is a key event for health and social care professionals who want to find out what immediate steps they can take to move the integrated care agenda forward in their area.

Improving patients’ seamless experience of care and enabling limited local resources to go further are two of the key advantages offered by integrated care. At the conference you will learn lessons from in-depth UK and international case-studies on how you can realise these benefits in your local area.

In particular you will gain knowledge on several key aspects important to the success of integrated care including:

how to get the right skills mix for an integrated care workforce

the commissioning and contracting innovations that can enable integrated care

working with providers to support integrated care locally

the evidence on the economic impacts of integrated care.

The summit is an important event for those responsible for leading integrated care strategies, including clinical commissioning groups, Health and Wellbeing Boards, adult social care teams, integrated delivery teams, community care teams, Healthwatch and advocacy groups.

The summit is attended annually by over 200 integrated care managers, academics and clinicians who are concerned with the design, delivery and evaluation of integrated care models and programmes.
