In keeping with exporTT’s mandate of “creating internationally competitive firms in the non-energy manufacturing and services sectors to grow and diversify trade and generate wealth through export led growth, the exporTT Inward Buyers Mission of Trinidad and Tobago 2014 (INBUYTT) is being proposed as a bi-annual event for new exporters and existing exporters. The key factor for success will be to provide an export platform for local Trinidad &Tobago exporters where they can promote their products, meet international buyers and deepen penetration of traditional markets.
Buyer’s missions around the world are at the core of sound strategy for increasing export promotion and sales in a market. These events provide a world of opportunity, aiming to promote economic growth, strategic alliances and international contacts of the highest level. Buyer’s missions are in fact well positioned events in the global arena and in the mind of international buyers.
Through INBUYTT, Trinidad and Tobago export companies will have the opportunity to meet with qualified international buyers; Importers/Distributors/Supermarkets/Retail Stores/Wholesalers, selected from the following countries where exporTT had previously conducted market surveys:

The Vision of exporTT is borne out of the mandate received by Cabinet to be the “sole National Export Facilitation Organization of Trinidad and Tobago”. Our vision reflects the current and future role of goods and services exports to the economic diversification in Trinidad and Tobago.
