You will be responsible for defining a performance marketing strategy for Conferize – with short term goals as we go along – and with a broader long-term vision of becoming the market leader within defined segments.
You will be deeply involved with the management to define KPI’s and will be responsible for establishing a framework for ongoing tracking and optimization.
You will take part in business development based on the inputs and metrics your activities generate and you will work closely with our Chief Designer and UI-designers.
At first you will be the only one to execute all growth hacking activities. The better you are at your job the sooner you will be able to build a marketing organization to support you and take a role as our Chief Marketing Officer.
