Growth hacker with CMO potential

General requirements

  • You are located in Copenhagen.
  • The position is full time (37 hours pr. week).

 

Specific requirements

You will be responsible for defining a performance marketing strategy for Conferize – with short term goals as we go along – and with a broader long-term vision of becoming the market leader within defined segments.

You will be deeply involved with the management to define KPI’s and will be responsible for establishing a framework for ongoing tracking and optimization.

You will take part in business development based on the inputs and metrics your activities generate and you will work closely with our Chief Designer and UI-designers.

At first you will be the only one to execute all growth hacking activities. The better you are at your job the sooner you will be able to build a marketing organization to support you and take a role as our Chief Marketing Officer.

  •  Your focus is growth. You have a proven track record preferably form a successful, international start-up. You are comfortable with all growth hacking methods – from desk-driven traction channels like SEO/SEM, SoME, email/lead generation, viral, content marketing – to more strategic channels like industry partnerships, trade shows & events, PR & bloggers, etc.
  • Your strategic business sense is nothing but great. You favour activities and partners that yield sustainable gains to Conferize not just one-time growth bumps.
  • You are data-driven with an analytic mind and used to navigate in relevant tools.
  • You are an optimization maniac. You know that the devil is in the detail and are happy to get hands-on to make it perfect. You’re comfortable digging into ‘inspect element’ an email layout, and you strive to improve your work and expand your industry and marketing knowledge.
  • You are a fan of metrics – and experienced in setting, tracking and continuously improving KPI’s.
  • You are mad about A/B testing, and have a creative mind to come up with new ideas to improve call-to-action.
  • You are a user-centric lover. Everything we do, we do for our customers. You can understand our users and are eager to learn more about them by phone, email, polls & face-to-face.
  • You are addicted to pivot. We like to keep things lean and test before we build. You are familiar with relevant landing page and A/B-testing tools, so you can execute many of your ideas on your own before our tech team gets involved.
  • You are insane about scalability. Even the smallest idea you come up with can go global.
