Social Media Marketing Intern


Conferize is the world’s biggest social platform for events. We connect the world of events with speakers, people and media from any industry. We help event organizers build communities, websites and mobile experiences to increase the quality and attendance of their events. More than 6.5 million people, 55,000 speakers and 23,000 events are now using Conferize.

We are growing rapidly and are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Intern, who can help strengthen our brand, engage our community and market our services worldwide together with our customers and partners. Our clients include TEDx, Ad:Tech, The Guardian, Roskilde Festival Backstage, AIESEC, CPH:DOX, and thousands others.


Tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage social channels (Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Prepare weekly content calendar in collaboration with the marketing and customer engagement team.
  • Manage social media campaigns in collaboration with our clients.
  • Create exciting content for a variety of owned media and work with some of the leading speakers in the world.
  • Continuously track, analyze and optimize campaigns across channels.
  • Assist in various ad hoc marketing projects.



  • You are a Master student or 3rd year Bachelor student within marketing, communication, or similar.
  • You have some experience with social media management already and want to strengthen your skills further.
  • You are positive, proactive and self-driven with a strategic and creative mindset.
  • You have excellent writing skills (US/UK), a graphic flair and a strong eye for details.
  • You love startups and want to be part of a dedicated team, where you can make a true impact.

Important: The intern position is unpaid for 6 months, at least 15-20 hours a week. We offer free lunch and a creative work environment in one of the coolest startup co-working spaces at Islands Brygge, Copenhagen.
