For the protection of brands at home and abroad are different protection systems available. A professional working in brand management is without knowledge of the various systems and their interaction is not possible. The course provides the knowledge and practice in four modules based on numerous practical examples. The first three days are designed as a basic course modules. Participants will learn the basics here on the application fields and differences of national brand, the Community trade mark and the IR mark. Building on this knowledge base, participants will be on the fourth day in deepening module intensely familiar with the issues that are relevant for the direct application of national brands abroad. The four modules of the course are completed thematically and can be visited separately. A special visit to the depression module is recommended for students who already have work experience and this depth and thereby want to benefit from the many years of practical experience of the officer. Participants will be able to edit the individual trademark proceedings effectively and independently. You will receive specific assistance and valuable advice on filling in official forms, to produce goods and services offered by and to meaningful work and office organization. Questions of substantive trademark law are treated wherever they are relevant to the work in brand management. Numerous sample cases, the discussion of official forms and jointly developed checklists ensure that participants acquire skills they can immediately implement in their daily work.
