Campaign experience has shown that identifying a target in low-light and no-light environments, rather than simply acquiring it, is a paramount requirement for N.V. applications. The challenge is to strike a balance between acquiring and identifying the target and the subsequent fusion of I2 and IR technology, but how can this be achieved?

Defence IQ is delighted to announce Night Vision and Thermal Optics 2014 - taking place on the 15th-17th September 2014 in London.

Building on from the success of our Dismounted Night Vision Nordic Conference, and taking on board your feedback, Night Vision and Thermal Optics 2014 will focus upon handheld capabilities, providing analysis of the latest developments in night vision, thermal imaging and infrared technology.
