For the protection of patents abroad are different registration paths. The seminar provides the knowledge in relation to the Patent Cooperation Treaty PCT in easily understandable and systematic form.
The PCT allows patent applicants who are nationals of a Contracting State or have their domicile in a Contracting State who apply by filing a single patent application in the United States or any other authorized official, such as the Germans or the European Patent Office and for all parties to the PCT patent.

You will receive specific instructions and tips for completing the official forms for the calculation of fees and deadlines, as well as a competent and efficient management of their work.
