Free to use - what does that mean?There are no hidden plans or tiers whatsoever. Build and manage as many events as you like, it's free to use. The only time you need to worry about fees is when you sell paid tickets. Free tickets and everything else about Conferize is always free.
Is there a fee on free tickets?No, free tickets are free.
What are your paid ticket fees?We add a 2.5% fee to the ticket price, with a max fee of €10 per ticket. The fee is traditionally paid by the ticket buyer. In addition the payment service charges a small credit card fee.
What's included in the free version?There is no free or paid version. It's all free to use. But when you sell paid tickets we add a 2.5% fee to the ticket price.
Do you offer email accounts?No. You can mail attendees and other recipients using our system, but you need to provide a sender email address.
Can I use my own domain?Yes.
Do I need another web host?No. All Conferize event pages include our fully-managed cloud hosting, ensuring your website remains available at all times.
Do you sell domains?No. You can use any custom domain, but you need to own or purchase a domain from a provider such as namecheap.com beforehand.
Which currencies and countries do you support?You can choose to charge in USD, AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, ILS, MXN, MYR, NOK, NZD, PHP, PLN, RUB, SEK, SGD, or THB. Visit Stripe and PayPal to see if your country is supported.
What payment providers do you support?Your customers can pay for tickets using all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, and Discover. It's handled via Stripe and Paypal.
