The process of change never ends. And that's why the "Service Experience Camp" goes into the next round: On November 18th-19th the hands-on conference brings together 250 international service innovators with diverse backgrounds. Under the motto „Design for Impact“, the goal is to exchange ideas on current community insights and to commonly design impactful service innovations.

Due to a strong competition in service driven industries its more important than ever HOW services are implemented and realized. Services still can differ dramatically in terms of user experience. Thus, no one can afford to miss the latest service trends in fast developing digital markets. But innovation doesn’t always mean new technology.

Apart from inspiring keytalks given by worldwide experts you can expect a festival-like atmosphere in a highly co-creative surrounding. The co- conference is based on the idea that every participant can contribute content and ideas instead of just listening to speakers. The so called open sessions give every participant the opportunity to set their own agenda and pitch a program session with personal ideas and projects. This results in highly interactive workshops dealing with a broad variety of trends and questions.

OPINIONS FROM LAST YEARS' PARTICIPANTS

Adam StJohn Lawrence - Co-founder of the Global Service Jam and WorkPlayExperience (Germany)
"The Service Experience Camp gave us a shared experience with great keynotes to start us talking, but also let us set our own agenda in the barcamp sessions. And of course the organisation was professional, warm, and classy. What a fantastic event!"

Simone Carrier - Service Designer at FutureGov (UK)
"The Service Experience Camp is not only about superstar designers. It is about people like you and me exchanging our everyday practise, talking about things we love and sometimes the things we hate about our work."

Masanao Takeyama - Professor at Keio University and Business Designer at Actant, Inc. (Japan)
"The format of barcamp sessions made me feel being a part of organizing the event in real time. Also I liked the lunch setting as I could experience the new food service which was actually presented as keynote. The camp was the most co-creative and playful service design event which I ever have attended."

Inga Bergen - CEO of Welldoo (Germany)
"I can recommend the event to everyone who works at the intersection of business and design. What convinced me most were the interactive sessions with a strong link to everyday practise."
