Ensure secure use of the intranet both in the office and on the move. Use the intranet to communicate your organisations culture and values. Enable users to successfully sift information. Involve employees/content authors in the design of the intranet. Promote the intranet to users and provide training in using it. Allocate responsibility for publishing and maintaining areas on the Intranet. Examine the pros and cons of having a separate site for mobile devices. Regularly review and modify intranet usage and design.
